Nancy Einsmann

Nancy’s dance career began as a very busy child who was passionate about becoming a ballerina and trying to convince every neighborhood child that this was a good idea for them as well! Many years later, Nancy continues to demonstrate her love of dance, movement and the arts as a teacher, choreographer and the Director of the Uxbridge Dance Academy.

Nancy studied Honours Dance at the University of Waterloo and continued non-academic dance training in Toronto where she graduated from Ryerson with a BA in Administrative Studies. Her strong background in artistic gymnastics has helped develop UDA’s Acro classes into a solid and well-regarded part of the program. Nancy’s love of children and helping them grow as dancers and artists continues to inspire UDA’s acclaimed biennial performance of the Nutcracker, a performance opportunity for UDA’s Ballet students which attracts loyal and enthusiastic audiences from well beyond Uxbridge.

Nancy feels privileged to be placed in this career, and looks forward to seeing UDA continue to grow as a highly-regarded centre for children’s dance education.
