Contemporary and Lyrical dance combine the fluidity of Ballet, the expressiveness of Jazz and the grounded movements of Modern and African dance techniques in a creative and dynamic dance experience.  The class focuses on using these techniques as a jumping-off point in encouraging students to find their unique self expression through movement.
